Justin, Nathan, Roger and Issac - the team that delivered for us! Justin was top-notch, teaching us about the Honda CRV, and convincing us it was time to switch (from a Subaru) to a Honda CRV. Nathan was available and accommodating, and offered great customer service to make the sale, along with professional input from Roger. Issac made the financial transactions quick, and almost painless! Now, let's hope that over time that the Service Department will do the same.

So on 29 Oct 19 I had an appointment with CTCA up North in the city. On the way back from my visit my "Lamp Light" came on. We pulled over to check which on of the bulbs were shot. It was the light on the right when braking. Called Honda in Dover yes they have the bulb in stock. Cost $5.47. Asked how much to install $27.00. Ok stopped in purchased the bulb. Was told do not have to make appointment to have bulb installed. Since I was in the area and hard time. Pulled in to have bulb replaced. 5 mins later clerk comes over to tell me that the socket is cracked and seal is deteriorated and that part would cost me $87.00. Plus the $27.00 to install. So a $27.00+5.47 = $32.47 now 87.00-$27.00= $60.00 so I say to the clerk that I normally work with "are there any coupons or discount " that I could get to off set the cost. She said to my clerk give her $15.00 off "she is a very good customer." So this morning Saturday. I get this review and noticed my bill. I have not gotten the bulb install yet. Keep in mind I purchased the bulb on my own. See receipt. "Guess I will ask for an explanation when I stop in to get it installed.

Couldn't get my hood to latch correctly. Found out the bolts had come loose. Instead of having to purchase a whole new latch and wait for arrival, the guys in the shop bolted the existing latch for me, balanced the hood, and then gave me the code for the car wash. I was out of there in under an hour. I love the express service! Thank you!

Can’t say I’ve ever had fun at a car dealership before but Justin Silva seriously made my car buying experience just that! He worked effortlessly to get a deal that worked for me and I got the brand new CR-V that I was set on- no settling for something else! Pros: Justin was Equally professional and personable. He made sure we were having a good time and knew everything about ANY vehicle I had questions about. Inside out, top to bottom, he knew it. Didn’t take ALLLLLL DAAAYYY at the dealership. My Pilot was due for the B1 maintenance service and when I checked in I was asked if I wanted the interior vacuumed and I answered "that would be great". I was then told cars were no longer driven thru the car wash by staff, but I would be given a code to take it thru myself if I wished, I responded that would be fine. When I picked up my car I was told it was parked out front of the dealership, and that I would be glad to hear - the service personnel had time to both vacuum and drive my car thru the car wash. I thanked her over and over, got my keys, paid the bill and then found my car was not in front of the building, in fact I had to walk through the parking lot of Tractor Supply to the rear of the dealership to locate my car. On first inspection I thought my car hood did not look very clean, but it was getting near dusk so I couldn't really tell. Then getting into the car I realized the car had not been vacuumed & it had probably not been washed based on closer inspection the next morning. I realize these services are above and beyond the maintenance - but if it is offered to customers, then it should be performed. It also adds a bit of mental questioning - "what other services did they say they performed, but really never did?"
