"My father (who is a senior citizen) was sharing with the family and friends over Christmas on the great experience he had at your dealership, Price Honda.
I’m sure you normally hear all the complaints, so we wanted to share some good news with you to begin 2012 off on a better note.
I am Frank Bryson’s son. (Bruce) I have been purchasing Honda’s in the Wilmington De. Area since 1980.
My father drove to your dealership on Dec.27 from Ocean View, De. to purchase a replacement screw for his car door remote. (the old one was stripped). The counter sales lady sold my dad the screw. He owns a CRX, around a 2006.
Since my father couldn’t get the screw out, he asked her if someone in service could remove the screw for him.
She took the remote into service. They told her they would have to drill it out. She told dad this would take a while. He said” fine, I’m in no hurry at 88 years old I don’t have anywhere to go.”
In about 10-15 minutes she handed him the remote, and said all fixed Mr. Bryson.
When dad asked her what the charge was, she said nothing.
Since my dad on a fixed income, this made his day!! It restored his faith in mankind, for a while, and car dealers.
Just wanted to say thanks to your caring staff. This small free job will go a long way with the family and friends for good press for Price Honda.
I will be replacing my 2007 Pilot soon, and will speak to your team before making a purchase."
